Work in Main Food Booth

Donate peeled onions, to be chopped in the hall, 10/22/11
Help chop onions in the hall on 10-22-11
Serve Sausage Dogs (Knights of Columbus Booth)
Cook and/or serve Potato Pancakes
Maintain the Condiment Table
Sell Cookies & Cakes in Bake Shoppe
Sell Snacks in Snack Booth
Sell Beer
Sell frozen food (Kielbasa and Peirogi)
Sell and serve cooked Peirogi (Peirogi Booth)

Runners
Many able-bodied persons are needed to carry heavy food trays to the various booths.

Crafts
Donate a craft item to sell at the Festival
Work in Craft Booth on Festival Day

Children's Entertainment
Help set up Children's Games
Supervise Children's Games (Adults)
Work at Children’s Games (Adults or Children)
Be a Face Painter
Donate Sodas: 2 liter size, any flavor, for Ring Toss Game
Make signs for each game pre-Festival

Parking
Help set up parking areas with tape, etc. pre-Festival
Guide traffic in and out of parking area

Raffle and 50/50
Sell Raffle Tickets pre-Festival
Work in Raffle Booth on Festival Day
Work in 50/50 Booth

Bake Shoppe
Donate baked goods
Help on Festival Day

Silent Auction (indoors)
Contact businesses for merchandise donations,
gift certificates
Assemble/wrap gift baskets pre-Festival
Help on Festival Day

Apparel/Souvenirs
Help with the Pre-Sales (2 weeks prior to Festival)
Help on Festival Day

Set Up and Clean Up
Tents set up Thurs., Nov. 3 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Tents & Tables set up Fri., Nov. 4 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Booths set up Sat., Nov. 5 7 a.m.
Clean Tables Sat., Nov. 5 All day long!
Empty Trash Sat., Nov. 5 All day long!
Help clean up Sat., Nov. 5 5 p.m. to 6:15 p.m.
